  We had a building inspection on our house completed by Ausinspect. After the inspection, we were very concerned to learn that he ‘live streams’ his building inspections.
  
  He did not explain his procedures or asked permission to use video recording in our home. Our Real Estate agent was very concerned with breach of privacy and that they were not told he would be conducting video recording or ‘live streaming’ within our home as well as the external of the house. We have no idea who would have access to the video and what has been recorded eg valuable items. Very distressing! As a homeowner I would suggest that you outline exactly how you operate to vendors.
  
  Vendors beware and please let your Real Estate agent know that you do not allow anyone conducting any inspection to video or ‘Live Stream’ in your home.

  Really disappointed with his service. We used his PEST CONTROL service. Steve went around spraying for about 10 to 15 mins and then done his work. It costs us $200. After that, there are even more cockroaches running around. We saw cockroaches in the places that we didn't see before such as bedroom. We waited 3 weeks with the hope that it will be better but not. We called him in the morning. He just said that we have to wait for him finishing his work and he will contact us. We agreed to wait but needed a rsvp. We contacted him again but with an angry voice he said that we just have to wait until he finished his work. Steve has his own business and we have our own too. He can not speak to us like that. Around 3pm he contacted us to say that he will come to our apartment to spray again. When he finished (again about 10 mins go around spraying), he just said that this is the last time he do. We should not contact him again. He added "You still see the cockroaches running around cause he just do the pest control not pest elimination". Now, after one more week, we still see a lot of cockroaches even worst than before using his service.
